Faber Chimica is able to supply the WARRIOR single disc machine, which has a power of 2.2 HP,
and is optimised for the correct application of any product.

Preparing and cleaning the surface

1. Carefully clean the surface, making sure to remove any dust or dirt present. To prevent the
surface from becoming wet, we recommend dry cleaning with a suitable tool.

2. Never use CRISTALFAB WHITE PAD on wet or damp surfaces; therefore, please ensure that the
surface to be treated is dry or at least only slightly damp.

3. We recommend proceeding to apply the product in stages, covering surfaces approximately
1m2 at a time.

4. Never apply CRISTALFAB WHITE PAD to excessively heated or overheated surfaces.

5. Any adjacent surfaces not being treated with the product must be protected.

Application 

CRISTALFAB WHITE PAD is a thick white cream paste. It can be returned to its creamy state by
shaking the container. Different consistencies will in no way affect the finished results. The
product can be applied in both its dense and creamy states, since the rotary action of the
polishing machine will in any case return the product to its cream consistency.

6. Pour a small amount of product directly onto the area to be treated. Generally, about 2/3
spoonfuls of product are enough to crystallize a surface area of 1 m2.

7. As soon as the product has been poured on, proceed to apply it to the surface using the
single disc machine, fitted with white pad and set to between 150 and 200 r.p.m. Pass the single
disc machine using concentric movements so as to distribute the product evenly over the whole
section being treated.

8. Continue to polish the same area until the product has dried completely (Dry Buffing
technique), taking care to broaden the movements outwards from the centre of the section so
as to cover the whole area evenly.

9. Pass on to the next section, repeating the crystallization treatment process as described
above.

10. After treating all of the surface areas, remove any steel wool residues from the surface using
a dry or damp cloth, a vacuum cleaner or a broom.

In case of surfaces with greater wear or which are subject to a high degree of foot traffic, based
on the desired results, the area may require up to 3 consecutive product applications.

The product formulation will not cause overlap blemishes and therefore, once the maximum
surface shine has been achieved, there will be no difference or defects between the various
areas treated separately.

Drying time

11. After the product is completely dry, no further waiting time is necessary.

Opening to floor traffic

12. After the product is completely dry, the floor can be opened for use.
