Single disk machine of at least 1.5 HP

HP, optimized for the professional application of all products.

Preparing and cleaning the surface

1. Proceed to thoroughly clean the surface making sure to completely remove any dust and
residues on the surface. In order to avoid humidifying the surface, we recommend using a
broom or a vacuum cleaner.

2. Do not apply CRISTALFAB JT on humid or wet surfaces. Therefore, make sure that the surface
is dry.

3. We recommend applying the product in sections of 1m2 at a time.

4. Do not apply CRISTALFAB JT on hot or overheated surfaces.

5. Protect the areas not to be treated.

6. We recommend making sure to have on hand a sprayer bottle and to pour CRISTALFAB JT into
it before starting the application.

Application 

7. Shake it well and then spray a small amount of product directly onto the section of the
surface you want to crystallize. Generally, to crystallize a surface of 1 m2 it only takes 2-3 sprays
of product.

8. Immediately after spraying the product proceede working it with a single disk machine and a
3M red pad (150 < rpm < 200). Work the product in circular motions evenly thoughout the area.

9. Keep brushing the section until the product is completely dry.

10. Move to the next section and proceede crystallizing the surface as previously described.

11. Once the whole surface has been crystallized, remove any residues or dust if present using a
dry cloth or a vacuum cleaner

In cases where the surface is particulary worn out each sections might need from 2-3 applications
on each section of the surface

Its formula doesn’t give layering defects therefore once the material has been polished the result
will be even on the whole area.
