TILE CREAM is a water-based cream that has an ultra-fine abrasive surface effect that will restore flaws on surfaces or on the glaze on materials, such as slight scuffs, small scratches, matt areas, and dullness or to remove surface treatments and finishes without adversely affecting the original look of the material.
TILE CREAM also provides a good surface seal that will increase resistance to dirt and foot traffic in case of easily soiled surfaces.

Single disc machine with at least 1.5 HP; manual rotary brush.
Faber Chimica is able to supply the WARRIOR single disc machine, which has a power of 2.2 HP,
and is optimised for the correct application of any product.
Preparing and cleaning the surface
1. Carefully clean the surface, making sure to remove any dust or dirt present.
2. The product can be applied across the whole area to be treated. To make treatment easier,
however, we recommend in any case that sections of 2 m2 are treated at a time
3. Never apply TILE CREAM to wet surfaces. TILE CREAM can be used on slightly damp surfaces;
therefore, please ensure that the surface to be treated is as dry as possible.
4. Apply TILE CREAM to surfaces with a temperature of between +5 and +40°C
5. Any adjacent surfaces not being treated with the product must be protected.
Application
6. Shake the bottle well before used and pour 2/3 spoons of product onto the surface to be
treated. This amount is sufficient to treat a surface area of about 2 m2.
7. Add a small amount of water to the cream. As a rough guide, each spoonful of product
requires around 1 spoon of water.
8. As soon as the water has been added to the cream, proceed to apply it to the surface using
the single disc machine, fitted with white pad and set to between 150 and 200 r.p.m. Continue
with the single disc machine, taking care to cover the whole surface area evenly with the cream.
Try to pass over each section of floor the same number of times.
9. During the application process, the mix must maintain its creamy consistency and therefore,
if it should become too dry, gradually add a little water.
10. Continue to pass over the surface with the polisher until the result is as required. This is
easy to check during application by removing a small area of product using a squeegee mop or
similar, and checking the surface finish.
11. Once the required result has been achieved, vacuum or remove any residues from the
surface and rinse with plenty of clean water.
Generally, TILE CREAM will restore surface shine, restoring any scratches and discolouration
within 15-25 passages, independently of the type of surface.
Drying time
12. After carefully removing any residues and rinsing
the surface with water, no further waiting time is necessary.
Opening to floor traffic
13. After carefully removing any residues and rinsing the surface with water, the floor can be
opened for use.
